This initiative focused on understanding how the platform economy influences job opportunities and identifying specific challenges encountered by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in this area. Additionally, the project contributed to the discourse on platform business models by introducing a novel concept that aids in distinguishing and categorizing various types of these models.
